Furniture came dirty, damaged and then found out later the reclining parts didn't work. I have sent two emails with no response. I will be contacting them Monday morning.
They can't seem to follow simple instructions written out in our contract and it's maddening! I pay electronically, it's automatically withdrawn from my checking on the first Friday every month. But they're not supposed to draft it until the afternoon to allow us time to reach the bank and deposit the money when the bank opens. Maybe I should have written it out in crayon because at 7:43am this morning they took my payment and screwed up my car payment by doing so. It's a battle every single month and I'm completely fed up! It doesn't matter what you do, they don't listen! Not even to customers like me that are never late with a payment and has purchased multible things over the years. I don't think I'll be going back! It's one thing after another with them!
The guys that delivered our furniture were very professional and courteous. The management that assisted us were very knowledgeable about the product and offered us water to drink. I would definitely recommend them for all you home furnishing needs. Thats why I'm giving them a 5 star rating.
Had a furniture problem, however the staff go above and beyond for paying customers with a good rep. The quality of some of the furniture, dressers in particular, are not solid wood unless they tell you so...also, make sure you ask for a NEW product, unless you want one used. If you don't specify and you sign the papers, it may be used. They also don't check credit, which is good for some persons with less than excellent credit, but they do report a positive blip to your credit once you pay an item off. People say "they rip you off", well, they do have their money that they add onto the overall price of the item, but I find the pay month-to-month more affordable and convenient than shelling out $500+ for an item at one time and eating ramen the rest of the month & having my electric turn off in the middle of a TV show and twitter argument...anyway, I like the manager and he is very friendly and makes sure that I am well taken care of. I do recommend.
This place is over priced, and they refuse to work with loyal customers on payment arrangements when things run short. They will talk a good sweet talk to get you to purchase things and then act as if they dont appreciate your business.. I'm so over this place.. I'd rather go to Ashley or furniture distributors..
