Love the crew, great service, and we keep coming back to get great food. You'd never know this place earned such a great rating.. it sits simply behind a gas station and looks very plain outside. Diner feel inside. Great place to feel at home. Don't pass by!!
I've been here a few times, as it's right by my job. Their food has never disappointed me & their fries are fantastic. Their pizza is a fave for me and my kiddos as well. Very tasty.
The burgers had a great taste, but the bread was soggy and the fries were terrible. They were soggy, old, and cold. The grilled chicken salads were much too basic to cost more than $3-$4 dollars. They were lacking vegetables listed on their menu. It included a couple of tomatoes which were old and no good, and the lettuce was not crisp at all. Cheese was an extra expense and it was served with a packet of salad dressing. For the price, It should have included a nice homeade dressing. The receptionist seemed to be friendly and so was the delivery driver. I plan to give the restaurant another shot, but for the amount paid for the food we received today, we didn’t expect the food to arrive soggy and cold. Hopefully they will receive a better review from us next visit.
My personal favorite local pizza place. All other menu items I've tried are very good too.

I'm Betsy and I love my job at Frank's Pizza and Subs and I love the customers who come in Monday through Friday while I'm there from 11 - 4:30 as well as all the customers who come in when I leave that I use to serve when I worked nights and weekends of course too. I know all this because I started working at Frank's Pizza almost 3 years ago after losing my job in Radiology at the hospital in New Bern. I'd never been a waitress before but I desperately needed a job and so I took the first job I could get and thank God I did! Thank you Frank's Pizza for giving me a chance.
